- Management of Trade Marketing & Sales Planning functions
- Allocate trade spend budget across trade teams and allocate shopper marketing budget, based on both balancing customer vs.
- Manage customer level trade-spend and shopper marketing plans within overall guidelines provided by Rev Man, working with CSE lead and trade marketing team
- Monitor performance by retailer with agreed upon action plans (e.g., KPI tracking) and open feedback loop to identify optimization opportunities where PCB can close gaps with key customers
