- This Sr. Director of Creative Catalyst Pathway, Tools, & Standards will Lead the operationalization and optimization of the Creative Catalyst Pathway & Lead Special Projects designed to unlock barriers to creative excellence in service of driving the business.
- They will forge new centralized problem-solving approaches (vs product by product duplication), collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to analyze and streamline marketing processes, and establish plus oversee a consistent & data driven creative impact approach alongside our Market Research lead.
- This colleague will report to the Vice President, Head of Product Advertising in the Chief Marketing Office and will work alongside the other Sr. Director Product Advertising Leads - PALs - (who focus on creative campaign excellence), the Global and US Marketing Leads, and will manage a team of Sr. Manager/Associate colleagues.
- Lead the Pfizer Creative Council pathway, with formal and informal milestone and workshops
