- Work with business strategy teams and client marketing teams to develop requirements for an integrated, sales enablement and multi-channel marketing automation strategy for specific client needs including campaigns, rewards program launches, app updates, and program overhauls.
- Identify and engage digital marketing subject matter experts to align processes for audience planning, personalization opportunity assessment, measurement strategy, tagging and tracking/analytics, marketing automation/CRM, and content development work.
- Responsible for the requirements documentation and build of marketing automation programs within a variety of enterprise-scale marketing automation platforms such as Adobe Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Microsoft Dynamics to build program templates within the respective platform.
- Serve as a senior marketing automation strategic consultant on enterprise-scale digital transformation and marketing maturity engagements.
- Understand client’s business requirements and help to drive initiatives that translate them into strategic marketing automation and CRM roadmaps, governance and technical requirements.
