- The Senior Compensation Analyst is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing competitive and equitable compensation programs that align with the organization's goals, values, and culture.
- Strong technical aptitude with proficiency in Excel and other compensation tools and systems, such as survey management, market analysis, and data visualization software;
- Experience with equity compensation and stock plan administration a plus
- The ideal candidate would be within our footprint of our Wayne PA or Cherry Hill NJ, office or willing to travel to these locations.
