- The Sr. Benefits Administrator is responsible for administration of employee benefits in all company operations in the US. As needed, provides special guidance and assistance to all US and International locations on various employee benefit plans.
- Responsibilities: Administers employee benefits programs including but not limited to 401(k) plan, medical, dental, vision, FSA, HSA, LSA, disability, life insurance plans, and accidental death policies.
- Ensures company compliance with provisions of ERISA, and Federal, State, and local requirements by studying existing and new legislation, anticipating legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management of needed actions.
- Coordinates company benefits, with government sponsored programs.
- CBP, CEBS or related certifications preferred.
