- The Sr. Analyst, Guest Experience Research is responsible for the research planning, analysis, and reporting of guest experience research.
- This individual must be able to mine, analyze and story tell with data, juggle multiple tasks at the same time, as well as be detail oriented in project management.
- Serves as a champion of guest empathy and insight within the Product Development organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, communications, marketing, business, human factors, cognitive science, computer science, human-computer interaction (HCI), related field, or equivalent experience
- Ability to communicate tactfully with department heads, coworkers, and other shipboard employees to diffuse and/or resolve problems and negotiate resolutions.
