Job Description SNI Financial is looking for a Sr. Accountant/Cost Accountant in S. FL. This role will report to the Controller & CFO and handle the day-to-day accounting functions. Responsibilities <ul> <li>Assist the Controller with overseeing the AP/AR teams with their questions <li>Prepare and review monthly financial statements of two separate companies <li>Reconcile balance sheet accounts/subledgers <li>Post journal entries including accruals and WIP allocation <li>Manage depreciation software and post entries <li>Assist Controller with implementation of GAAP adherence processes/Audits <li>Ensure a smooth month-end close process </ul> EXPERIENCE <ul> <li>Accounting degree from an accredited college <li>2+ years of cost accounting experience in the manufacturing industry <li>2+ years of ERP system experience-that with two-step posting experience such as Oracle, Great Plains, SAP ,etc. <li>1+ years of cloud-based accounting software system experience (QBO, NetSuite, Sage, Xero) <li>Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills <li>Audit experience is a + </ul>
