- Our Early Intervention program provides support services and resources in Methuen, North Andover, and Andover.
- All new hires participate in a paid onboarding program learning how Early Intervention helps children and families in a home-based setting or at our childcare center.
- The Speech & Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) i s a member of a multi-disciplinary team that provides interventions to children and families in the EI Program.
- Under the supervision of a licensed Speech & Language Pathologist, the SLPA will participate in in-home services as well as at childcare centers and providers.
- The SLPA assists with screening for the risk or presence of speech, language, cognitive communication, and feeding/swallowing difficulties in child’s daily activities, home/community and advises on alternatives consistent with their needs and capabilities.
