- State of Wisconsin license as a Speech Pathologist is required.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (C.C.C.) as awarded by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association is required or must be obtained within 18 months of hire.
- American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent is required within 90 days of hire.
