- Conducts speech-language and hearing screening (without interpretation) following specified screening protocols developed by the supervising Speech & Language Therapist.
- Follows a documented treatment plan or protocol developed by the supervising Speech & Language Therapist.
- Documents student progress toward meeting established objectives as stated in the treatment plan and reports this information to the supervising Speech & Language Therapist.
- Education Required: Currently enrolled in a college program leading towards an AA or BA degree in Speech and Language Pathology with completion of 45 semester units with a minimum of 21 semester units in any combination of the following: Communications Disorders, Early Childhood Development, or Working with Special Needs.
