- We are currently seeking an experienced Sous Chef to help enhance our culinary department at our gorgeous Independent Living Community by assisting the Food & Beverage director with meal & menu planning as well as creating a high-end customer service experience for our amazing independent living residents!
- The Sous Chef will also help with ensuring that the Kitchen is well stocked with needed supplies and will assist the Food & Beverage Director in supervising the kitchen staff.
- The Sous Chef is responsible for assisting the Food & Beverage Director with meal/menu planning, assist with supervising kitchen staff, and maintaining a well-stocked kitchen.
- The Sous Chef will also prepare high quality meals that meet or exceed hospitality and service standards of the community.
- Prepares all foods, for breakfast, lunch and dinner, according to the menu and standardized recipes in a safe, efficient and sanitary manner
