- Working closely with the Associate Dean for Education develops goals and metrics and collaborates with internal and external strategic partners integral to achieving outcomes.
- Works closely with the Associate Dean for Education, Associate Dean for Equity and Inclusion, Admissions, and Student Affairs, Program/Specialty Directors, Program Administrators, Curriculum, Progression, and Program Evaluation Committees, and faculty to ensure program outcomes and continuous improvement, including collaboration on course offerings, program changes, and student experiences.
- The Associate Dean for Education will provide oversight and be a strategic partner regarding continuous improvement and issue resolution regarding program/specialty, curriculum, faculty, students, and staff.
- The Program/Specialty Director will hold a terminal degree (DNP, or PhD, or equivalent) as well as GA RN/APRN licensure.
- This is a three-year ranked faculty position with re-appointment annually based upon performance appraisal of the Associate Dean for Education, Associate Dean for Academic Operations, and Associate Dean for Academic Advancement.
