- Reporting to the VP of Sales, the Software Sales Manager must be a driven and experienced Player/Coach sales leader responsible for driving sales and for coaching and mentoring a growing sales team to achieve its full potential.
- Collaborate with the VP of Sales and cross-functional teams to refine the sales strategy, including positioning and go-to-market plans.
- Confident negotiator with complex, mature clients as well as new logo opportunities
- Well-versed in diagnostic sales and value-based pricing methodologies
- High proficiency in MS Excel & PowerPoint, and commercial applications such as CRM's -Power BI, Tableau, HubSpot, or similar.
