Onsite from day 1 Location: Tallahassee, FL Duration: 12+ months Responsibilities <ul><li>Facilitate collecting system requirements with the MQA business program staff.</li><li>Develop documentation (i.e., diagrams, flow charts, requirements document).</li><li>Perform needs analysis, analyze business processes, develop process maps, and assist project managers in all phases of the projects.</li><li>Develop test cases and test plans and conduct user acceptance testing.</li><li>Perform testing on system changes to meet user-defined requirements.</li><li>Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) with the business program staff.</li><li>Facilitate meetings with technical and program staff (i.e., scheduling meetings, document decisions, identify issues and action items).</li><li>Produce status reports on the implementation of user-defined requirements.</li><li>Produce detailed accounting of hours worked by tasks.</li><li>Follow Department IT processes and coordinate with other Department IT staff to ensure compliance with Department standards as assigned by the Department.</li><li>Correspond (verbally and in written formats) with project teams, internal stakeholders regarding project activities, deliverables, and status.</li><li>Actively participate in project status meetings.</li><li>Coordinate efforts with the Program Manager to achieve cost savings under this agreement, where feasible and practicable. Those efforts include, but are not limited to, identifying common system errors in systems that can be resolved in a manner that achieves cost savings. Any cost savings identified must be documented included as part of the monthly status report. </li><li>Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) with the business program staff.</li><li>Provide analytical services to ensure requirements, policies, procedures and standards are being applied by the Department’s Applications Development Team and operational efficiencies are maintained to implement user defined requirements, daily in the time indicated on the work tickets assigned by the Department, for system feature enhancements or additions and bug fixes.</li><li>Receive Tyler Technologies Versa Online, Versa Mobile, Versa Regulation and other MQA business technology systems configuration request tickets and complete them using the related Administration Modules or SQL.</li><li>Meet with end-user staff to discuss ticket requirements and other system related issues and work with end-users to prioritize requests.</li><li>Determine necessary steps to configure system and assist in researching system issues as assigned by the Department and determining if a configuration change will resolve.</li><li>As directed by the Department design Tyler Technologies Versa Online, Versa Mobile, Versa Regulation and other MQA business technology systems configuration changes and/ or proof of concept and advise MQA management and Divisions on effects changes may have on processing or other workflows.</li><li>As directed by the Department validate Tyler Technologies Versa Online, Versa Mobile, Versa Regulation and other MQA business technology systems configuration changes occur according to Department’s standards to include testing, documentation and communication.</li><li>As directed by the Department advise MQA program offices on system impact of a requested change. </li></ul>Skills Needed <ul><li>Five years of experience with User Acceptance Testing methodologies and documentation;</li><li>Five years of experience implementing, integrating with or maintaining Tyler Technologies Versa Online, Versa Mobile and/or Versa Regulation products;</li><li>Five years of experience with Software Development Life Cycle Methodology.</li><li>Five years of experience with Structured Query Language (PL/SQL) programming.</li><li>Five years of experience with the software development of web-based application</li><li>Five years of experience with formal software testing.</li><li>Five years of experience with delivering the project in the agreed schedule, to the correct technical specification (i.e., defined to meet user requirements) within the approved budget or other specified criteria.</li><li>Five years of experience Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Visio. These are the primary tools used within the Division for documentation;</li><li>Five years of experience with creating and presenting internal and external status reports and detailed status reports suitable for presentation to the management team;</li><li>Five years of experience with leading meetings and determining work tasks that need to be completed.</li><li>Five years demonstrated experience with developing and mentoring.</li></ul>
