- Reporting to the Director of Communications, the Social Media Manager creates content to enhance visibility of the Nashville Symphony's mission, programs, and people to support institutional objectives and earned and contributed revenue goals.
- Conceive of, generate, and cultivate engaging video and storytelling assets to catalyze single ticket and subscription revenue, support fundraising, illuminate mission-driven initiatives, and extend brand reach.
- In coordination with the Director of Marketing and the Marketing/Communications Coordinator, engage with guest artist' management/teams and partner organizations to coordinate content for socials.
- Keep a finger on the pulse of the organization's day-to-day and long-term schedule to develop posts that demonstrate the Nashville Symphony's role as Music City's ambassadors of classical music and that differentiate us from other entertainment options.
- In coordination with the Director of Marketing and Marketing/Communications Coordinator, engage with guest artists' management/teams and other partner organizations to coordinate content for socials.
