- Act as a main point of contact for member events including creating event orders, event marketing, menu selection, RSVP’s, billing coordination, and onsite representation.
- The Social Activities & Events Manager will also assist other departments (Golf, Fitness, Membership, and Tennis) in creating and hosting events.
- Obtains quotes for event services from vendors including, but not limited to, décor/florists, rentals, audio visual services, entertainment, specialty/custom linens, etc.
- Provides wedding and other special event proposals, pricing, and menu options to members and guests.
- Bachelor’s degree (BA), 3 or more years of progressive experience in the field of event planning, or an equivalent combination of education and experience in a similar country club or luxury environment.
