- About the role: Oversee and direct the day-to-day activities of Customer Service and Sample Receiving personnel and Soil Prep personnel.
- Improve the accuracy and efficiency of the sample log-in process with the goal of minimizing COC review time.
- Work closely with Customer Service, clients, and the Quality Assurance (QA) Department to identify means to improve client COC paperwork submissions.
- Some college level math classes and chemistry courses preferred.
- Physical Demands: Able to speak and hear clearly while communicating with staff, management, and clients.
