- The SITECH Service Technician is responsible for providing high quality operations support for the company's technology infrastructure in the Product Support area of the business.
- Complete related paperwork and access databases required to complete job (work order, parts order, JSA, DBS, SIMS, SIS web, BMTS) accurately and timely.
- Installation, support, and maintenance of hardware and software for all technology supported by Riggs and Sitech
- Complete service documentation, parts tickets and returns, tool acquisition and return as needed to ensure prompt paperwork completion and invoicing
- Other duties as required in support of Riggs and Sitech customers and business operations
