- The Sensors Division at STR focuses on technology development for advanced sensor systems, particularly in the areas of airborne/surface-based radar, electronic warfare, underwater acoustics, hyperspectral imaging, and EO/IR sensing.
- Particular development roles within the Sensors Division include RF analog/digital hardware, acoustic hardware, signal processing algorithms, machine learning algorithms, tracking/fusion, as well as real-time embedded processor implementation.
- The Maritime Domain Applications group in the STR Sensors Division develops advanced RF signal processing algorithms, AI/ML algorithms, implementation of advanced algorithms on prototype systems, and modeling and simulation of complex emerging threat and sensor scenarios with a focus on USN and DARPA applications.
- The MDA Group is seeking Signal Processing Researcher to develop and demonstrate novel signal processing, optimization, and machine learning algorithms for advanced sensor and electronic warfare applications.
- A successful candidate will have demonstrated technical expertise in some of the following areas: optimization, electronic warfare, adaptive signal processing, machine learning, algorithm development, test & evaluation, model & simulation, systems engineering, radar systems, communications systems, and technical leadership.
