This role helps to provide a link across brand, sales, marketing, creative, and operations to maximize investments to meet clear goals.
- The Shopper Marketing Manager reports directly to the VP of Marketing and will be a key resource and leader for the organization.
- Growth Driver: Drive velocity through lower funnel shopper marketing tactics, including digital activations, in-store displays, signage, and shelf trays to reach our core consumer.
- Develop and lead our shopper marketing program to generate awareness, growth, and loyalty, optimizing our presence across various retail channels and platforms to maximize brand visibility and ROI.Budget Leadership: Develop and manage the annual shopper marketing calendar and budget, ensuring that all retailer activations align with the company's objectives.
