Take 5 Oil Change is offering an opportunity to showcase your leadership skills and join our growing team! Experience is VALUED but not required! Some of our most successful employees are those that joined the team with no experience at all, but many others were once servers, restaurant workers, mechanics, retail employees, landscapers, and other skilled trade workers! All you need to do is be willing to learn, work hard, and bring a positive attitude to the shop! PAID TRAINING! No matter what your background is, we will provide PAID TRAINING on the Take 5 way to manage a shop location. Once your training is complete, in less than 60 days you will have the opportunity to become a Shop Manager with listed salary of up to $55,000 or more! Move up fast! In less than 60 days, you'll be accountable for your team's execution of the Take 5 standards for changing oil, replacing wiper blades/air filters, filling air in tires, and other light maintenance services. Some of our most successful employees are those that joined the team with no experience at all, but many others were once servers, restaurant workers, mechanics, retail employees, landscapers, and other skilled trade workers! What our Shop Managers love about Take 5: <ul><li>Earn up to $15.00/hour during training and $55k + per year after as a Shop Manager</li><li>FREE oil changes! </li><li>Full-time employees get PAID TIME OFF</li><li>Health, Vision, & Dental Insurance</li><li>401(k) company match for all employees</li></ul> As a Take 5 Shop Manager, your job will include: <ul><li>Recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, & training new crew members</li><li>Creating crew schedules & submit payroll</li><li>Controlling inventory: Conduct End of Period (EOP) and End of Year (EOY) inventory</li><li>Placing product orders and physically restocking inventory as necessary</li><li>Understanding the shop's financials to drive results and utilize budget wisely</li><li>Conducting quarterly employee evaluations</li><li>Supporting crew members with duties such as changing oil and performing other auto services</li><li>Drain motor oil, change oil filters, and perform other auto services as necessary</li><li>Providing excellent customer service</li></ul> All our Shop Managers need to meet the following requirements: <ul><li>Must be able to lift to fifty (50) pounds</li><li>Must be able to maneuver in and out of a shallow 3' deep pit to position yourself safely under cars</li><li>Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. for extended periods of time and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning</li><li>Must be willing to work in hot/cold weather conditions if necessary</li><li>Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop</li><li>Must be willing to work early hours and up to 55 hours per week on occasion</li><li>Must have basic computer operating skills</li></ul> #LI-DNI #DBHVOL
