- Job DescriptionJOB SUMMARYThis position is responsible for assisting the management team with leading the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including teaching, training, and leading Team Members and ensuring an overall great guest experience.
- Must assist the management team with coaching, counseling, and developing Team Members to maximize sales and profitability, control expenses, meet budgetary constraints, handle Guest complaints, and ensure sanitation, safety and food quality.
- ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES This position requires attendance as scheduled.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, all state and federal wage and hour regulations, and restaurant filing responsibilities.
- Manage all processes including line checks, pull thaw, prep lists, food safety, etc.
