- Work collaboratively with customers and the Information Technology Division to design, build, configure, and maintain SharePoint sites and site collections.
- Drive the evolution of governance documentation, designing best practices, documenting procedures, crafting learning resources, maintaining disaster recovery procedures, etc.
- Acting as a site collection administrator, including the following: o M anaging content structure, managed metadata, taxonomy and term store management o Moving sites o Best practice security/permissions design, implementation, and management o Managing Site Collection and Site/Sub Site features
- Standard Team, Project, and Publishing Site components and their configuration: o Manage Document Library and List settings such as; versioning and Item Scheduling, audience targeting, and metadata navigation o List View Threshold/Capacity Planning o Lookup Columns; Calculated Columns, and Site columns o Cross Site publishing, Catalogs, and Search-Driven content and Content Rollup app parts
- Familiarity with document management, (content types, document retention custom content types, information management policy and record declaration settings, capacity planning, managed metadata).
