- Organize service routes to maximize service time and minimize drive time.
- Respond the same day received and if possible resolve the complaint that day.
- Assure training records are kept in accordance with company policies and State and Federal regulations (OSHA, DOT, EPA, DACS, etc.)
- Contact ALL cancellations the same day they are received.
- Ensure that sales and creative lead requirements for all Specialists meet or exceed Company standards.
