- The Service Account Representative serves as the voice of the customer and acts as a liaison between the Hussmann sales branch and factory to satisfy customer requests and resolve issues.
- Effectively communicate with sales branches, internal departments and plant management to keep everyone abreast of the status of the sales orders throughout the life cycle of the orders.
- Work closely with the production scheduling department to ensure the plant committed shop dates of orders are communicated to the sales branches in a timely manner.
- Ensure all sales order changes are coordinated with production scheduling, engineering, purchasing, and manufacturing to verify the plants ability to accept the changes.
