- About the TeamMonetization Office is the strategic team of Douyin Group, providing support for Douyin Group's various business lines with the perspectives of strategy, user research, data science, macro research, etc., helping the business to grow more healthily and steadily at all stages, and becoming the most reliable strategic partner.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Psychology, Statistics, Sociology, Marketing Research, Economics, International Trade or a related field- 5+ years of experience conducting UX research, consumer insights, market research or analogous work, preferably within the ecommerce industry- Proficiency applying both qualitative and quantitative methods such as usability testing, focus groups, interviews, concept evaluation, diary studies, surveys, data analysis (SPSS, R or Python), A/B testing etc.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in using or researching short video and photo editing products, as well as those with marketing/advertising client research experience.
