- Providing subject matter expertise in the regulatory compliance processes of NEPA, Clean Water Act Endangered Species Act, and other federal, state, and local environmental regulations.
- Managing and preparing National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) documents including Categorical Exclusions, Environmental Assessments, and Environmental Impact Statements for transportation or other infrastructure projects in accordance with Texas Department of Transportation or other state/federal agency standards.

- 6 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education in project management and NEPA compliance.
- 8 years of relevant expeirence in project management and NEPA compliance.
