- We are seeking an ambitious and highly motivated clinician scientist to lead studies focused on adoptive cellular therapies and antibody targeted therapies to treat spontaneous diseases in companion dogs.
- In the translational research lab, the successful candidate will employ the latest tools supported by Penn’s core facilities, including high dimensional flow cytometry, multiplex IHC/IF, and bulk and scRNAseq to identify correlative biomarkers of response.
- The selected candidate will work as an integral part of a comparative translational research team and assume primary case responsibility for canine patients enrolled in ongoing federal and privately funded immunotherapy clinical trials.
- In addition, the successful candidate will receive advanced training in cell-based immunotherapy technology, next-generation immune cell engineering, in vitro functional assays and analysis, next generation imaging platforms including spatial profiling and bioinformatics.
