- The Opportunity | Sr. Sales Support Specialist
- Provide technical inside sales support to external sales team and business unit (BU) customers, delivering responsive pre-sales and post-sales support to help our organization achieve revenue growth and customer satisfaction targets.
- Key responsibilities may include supporting RFQ responses, product quotes, RMA/expedite requests, order status updates, and customer conference calls and/or customer meetings with internal stakeholders.
- Communicating with external customers/sales team and local business unit staff (Bids/Product Management/Supply Chain/Production/Engineering/Tech Support) through email, phone, and face-to-face visits to facilitate product line selection, sales quotes, and processing of customer purchase orders, order status updates and RMA requests.
- Supporting order management desk (OMD) team in processing new orders and RMA requests
