- Serve as a senior Salesforce administrator for OfferUp's Salesforce environment
- Responsible for the configuration of sales tech/apps that have integrations with Salesforce, including Zendesk, Zuora, Enablement Tools, DocuSign, CRM Analytics, DemandTools, Jira, and Community Experience portals
- Projects may include pipeline managing repeatable processes, deploying and refining industry best practice forecasting processes, in-depth ad hoc sales performance analysis, evaluation of strategic programs, and the packaging of findings/recommendations into presentation-ready content for senior leadership.
- Partner with sales management to drive increased adoption and reliability of sales forecasting (pipeline management mechanism)
