- Reporting to the Executive Director, the Senior Project Manager, is responsible for overseeing the planning and implementation of an entire project, initiative, or other program – achieving the cost, schedule, and quality objectives of the effort.
- The Senior Project Manager must be able to work independently on multiple efforts simultaneously and build strong, interagency/interdisciplinary teams.
- Senior Project Manager must develop a plan of action to get a project completed, working across departments to ensure their needs and wants are included within the confines of the project and budgetary restrictions.
- The Senior Project Manager must hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university and have substantial work experience in managing projects.
- The Senior Project Manager must demonstrate proficiency in written and verbal communications, have the ability to work within the County’s office automation/data/ computer applications, administrative practices, and regulatory requirements.
