- As a Senior Client Delivery Engineer subject matter expert, you will be responsible for supporting the customers Corporate Business Tools, providing escalation-level support for endpoint focused issues in a modern device management solution.
- Monitor and maintain customer's IT tools such as Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager(SCCM)/Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM), JAMF, Microsoft Intune, M365 and others
- Use IT Service Management (ITSM) platform to track customer issues and work with vendors and others to resolve problems and create solutions
- Experience showing Understanding of enterprise and security features of Windows, including the Windows as a Service model, knowledge of MS Security (patch management), policy management and automation
