- Supports corporate introduction, implementation and training for various HPMG projects and initiatives, including but not limited to Hill inSite, Electronic Medical Records, Practice Management Systems, and CMS risk initiatives.
- Accountable for analyzing and coordinating resolution or referral of issues in practice offices which may include authorizations, claims submission and reimbursement, payment adjudication, billing / coding issues, chart documentation, and related business process evaluation.
- Supports network management activities, including but not limited to delivery and review of specialty bonuses; review of and education on PMG methodology; and delivery, review and explanation of patient satisfaction survey results with physicians and staff.
- corporate initiatives that may include health education, HIPAA compliance, marketing / membership initiatives, and market development initiatives.
- Supports / maintains physician data and changes in network composition through PIM / Vistar.
