- The Senior Payroll Specialist has responsibilities supporting all Payroll processes, including completing bi-weekly payroll processing by entering, researching and validating compensation and benefit related transactions, managing pay and benefit changes, ensuring accuracy and consistency of practices; and maintaining employee records and compliance with company policies.
- Record payroll entries in the NetSuite ERP
- Work closely with HR to manage payroll & HRIS system (Paycor), including integrations to third party tools, to ensure accurate data, set-up of employee records, validate employees changes, etc.
- Ensure all payroll related tax filings are done timely and accurately, including the set-up of new withholding, workers comp, paid leave accounts with various federal, state and local agencies
- Coordinate with insurance company on annual workers comp renewals and audits as well updating for new jurisdictions
