- The Senior Manager, Spiritual Health Services is responsible for leading and supporting a broad range of professional spiritual care services to serve the spiritual, religious, and emotional needs of care recipients and caregivers in inpatient, outpatient and community settings.
- The Senior Manager assures that spiritual care and the services of the professional chaplain caregivers are an integral part of the overall ministry (organization).
- The Manager is responsible for the recruitment, selection, assignments, scheduling, development, counseling and retention or termination of the chaplain caregivers, as well as any caregivers and volunteers that may be associated with Spiritual Health Services.
- Master's Degree in Theology, Divinity, Spirituality, Pastoral Ministry, or the equivalent applicable education from an accredited institution
- Coursework/Training - 4 units-Accredited or approved by the Association for Clinical Pastoral Education (ACPE), by programs that were accredited by the former United States Conference of Catholic Bishops Commission on Certification and Accreditation (USCCB/CCA), or the Canadian Association for Spiritual Care (CASC/ACSS)
