- The individual will mentor Qualys sales team in our Raleigh NC office, and be responsible for both new-logo pre-sales activities as well as post-sales customer success, account management and growth.
- The position will report to the Global VP and GM of Mid-Market and Small Business.
- Ideal candidate will have experience building and running a technical high-velocity sales organization or customer success organization.
- Candidate must have experience in recruiting and hiring security-minded technical professionals with 0-4 years of sales, customer success, or technical support experience.
- Customer success experience in an enterprise software environment, as well as overall SaaS experience would be ideal.
