- Role OverviewThe Sr. Manager, National Programming will lead strategic and critical functions of Diageo’s National Shopper Marketing Team. This role is part of the Diageo team that leads national shopper marketing programs, spanning our full portfolio of spirits brands.
- Given shifts in shopping behaviors and the acceleration of digital TBA shopping channels and tactics in recent years, as well as anticipating the future of technology (AI, other), these programs scale beyond brick-and-mortar stores to tactics such as social and digital conversion media, experiential, augmented reality, and more.
- The ideas must be lead by category insights and macro cultural trends.
- This role is crucial to rounding out the capabilities and deliverables of the National Shopper Marketing Team. This role will define / benchmark Key Performance Indicators and objectives, collaborate and partner with cross-functional teams as we embark on new ways to engage the shopper, implement program tactics, and conduct post-program performance analysis.
