- This role must have a broad range of skills and expertise including the ability to manage the analytics product life cycle, understand the capabilities of a variety of different software and cloud-based solutions, establishing and guiding measurement best practices, interpreting the measurement needs of the business from discovery through reporting and insight delivery, to maintenance, and crafting a story of explanation and insight that is easily understood by a non-technical audience.
- Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or other related scientific or engineering fields
- 8 years Hands-on experience in Direct/Database/Digital Marketing Analytics (direct to consumer, B2B, ecommerce or retail store)
- 8 years Statistical languages and tools (R, SQL)
- 8 years Data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI)
