- Senior Manager, Learning & Development is an education, training and d evelopment role for the US Business Unit. This individual is responsible for developing, implementing and measuring the impact of learning strategies and programs for US-field based, HCP-facing teams.
- The primary focus of the Learning & Development team is to ensure the growth and development of our people through clinical competence and skill-based learning along with strategic agility and leadership development.
- This is a full-time, exempt, remote role tied to the Chesterbrook office reporting to the Director, Learning and Development.
- Exhibit up-to-date knowledge of clinical, marketplace and the business of oncology
- Champion consistency and quality of learning materials, learning delivery, and learning sustainability across functions
