- As a key resource and facilitator of HR technology needs, you will complete your own implementation and enhancement projects, prioritize system requests as they are added, coach and mentor the HRIS professionals reporting to you, and build strong relationships with your counterparts and peers in IT, Operations, Finance, Treasury, Legal, and Tax.
- Serve as HR project manager lead on enterprise technology projects with HR involvement.
- Responsible for HR data integrity including audits, identifying issues and making recommendations to management for corrective action.
