- The Senior Manager, Benefits is responsible for planning and directing the overall design, implementation, communication, and administration of the organization’s health and welfare, absence management, and retirement benefit programs.
- The Senior Manager, Benefits reports to the Sr. Director, HR Integrations & Total Rewards.
- Designs, develops, implements, and administers the company’s health and welfare and retirement benefits programs (medical, Rx, vision, dental, life, AD&D, FSA, disability, absence management, and defined contribution programs).
- Supports the Company’s mergers and acquisitions due diligence and integration activities.
- Manages all facets of open enrollment, including design, approval, implementation, communications, and coordination of Associate elections.
