Job Description We’re looking for a senior M&A and Advisory Transactions lawyer to: • partner with the investment bank and external counsel to provide holistic support on standard and non-standard advisory transactions in the U.S., Canada and Latin America, and including cross-border transactions involving other global regions • act as a subject matter expert for all legal and regulatory matters for or related to M&A and advisory transactions • supervise and manage junior lawyers assisting with coverage of the M&A and advisory business • collaborate with the wider Group Legal and Investment Banking teams to educate on new regulatory initiatives, market trends, conflicts, significant cases and changes in law • monitor legal and regulatory developments for the Investment Banking business • work closely with other firm functions including Compliance, Conflicts, the Global Banking Operating Office and Risk Internal Contact Details UBS Business Solutions SA Recruiter: Jessica Perry Disclaimer / Policy Statements UBS is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
