- Knowledge, skills, education, and/or experience: Help develop enforcement actions against licensed health care facilities and Certified Nurse Aides (CNAs), help prepare actions enforcing the federal Medicare and Medicaid conditions of participation and New Jersey licensure requirements against licensed facilities.
- Investigate and evaluate allegations of abuse, neglect, and misappropriation of resident property by nurse aides and litigate cases at the Office of Administrative Law concerning revocation of nurse aide certificates.
- Serve as a member of the Informal Dispute Resolution Panel (IDR) and assist in the drafting of Independent Informal Dispute Resolution (IIDR)
- Graduation from an accredited law school with a Juris Doctor (J.D.) Degree.
