- Their goal will be to optimize the learning experience, drive utilization, and maintain high-quality standards.
- Key tasks include assisting in learning program ideation and creation, and then leading the change management, launch, maintenance, and sunset phases of the program life cycle.
- Provide program management and oversight to the owners of the leadership development program throughout the program lifecycle, from concept development to execution and evaluation.
- Serve as the main conduit between the Learning and Leadership COE and the People Services teams of project management, logistics, operations, and trainer delivery.
