The company offers rapid advancement opportunities in a variety of departments.Responsibilities: Develop a complete understanding of business analytics, as well as present accounting, compliance, and operating policiesSOX testing and reviewFinancial statement auditsAssist Internal Audit management with defining and updating the annual and long-range internal audit programs based on associated compliance, financial and operating risksPlan and communicate the detailed audit scope to auditeesDevelop audit engagement budgets and timelinesPrepare risk assessment document during audit planningConduct operational audits, first-time audits, and special projects in accordance with the internal audit plan and departmental and the Institute of Internal Auditors standardsEnsure completion of audits by stated due datesPrepared quality work papers and perform work paper review of audit engagements and Sarbanes-Oxley design and operational effectiveness testingLead preparation of audit disposition document for IA management reviewDevelop and maintain relationships with auditeesEnsure work paper documentation is completed timelyAbility to manage and deliver multiple deliverables to the Internal Audit management teamAssist with updating Internal Audit policies and procedures based on changes within the profession Requirements: Bachelors in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field required2+ years of experience in Public Accounting or Internal AuditCPA or CIA preferredPublic experience or manufacturing experience preferredSome travel required
