- The Senior Inside Sales Representative (Sr. ISR), acting in a support role to Solutions Consultants, is responsible for introducing product offerings throughout the entire sales process to established accounts, ensuring quality of work and excellent customer service while increasing sales.
- The Sr. ISR builds long-term consultative relationships by creating in-depth relationships with current customers to expand our breadth of services and improve the overall results within the Sales organization.
- Quote and process orders for high end solutions, including phone systems, network and servers, virtualization, etc.
- Escalate ongoing or urgent issues to the Solutions Consultant for resolution, as needed.
- Understand solutions currently utilized by customers to identify new opportunities and communicate these to the appropriate solutions consultant.
