- As a Senior Facility Systems Engineer, you will provide technical resource with Disneyland Resort's Architecture & Facility Engineering (A&FE) team for Facility Control Systems with a specialization in Energy Management Systems (EMS) and HVAC.
- Develop, implement, and program building automation controls, develop engineering documentation and specifications for EMS and HVAC Controls including schematic drawings, system requirements, vendor performance specifications, wire lists, troubleshooting and maintenance procedures, acceptance test plans (ATP).
- Troubleshoot Energy Management Systems (EMS) and respond to EMS related equipment operational issues, including taking measurements, performing engineering analysis, developing/implementing engineering recommendations and solutions, supervising fabrication and installation efforts and performing acceptance testing.
- Develop and implement programming modifications for the building automation controls.
