- The OHE collaborates with communities most impacted by health disparities through its programs: Senate Bill 21-181 (statewide equity strategic plan and biennial reports on health disparities), the Health Equity Commission, Health Disparities & Community Grant Program (HDCGP), Tribal-CDPHE Government Relations Program, Language Justice Program, community partnership and engagement, and monitoring and evaluation to inform strategic actions and continuous quality improvement.
- This may include the development of public, legislative, community, or funder-facing materials that must maintain data integrity in collaboration with program managers and communications professionals.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in program evaluation, applied research (social sciences/humanities), public health, communication, marketing, journalism, or a closely related field AND THREE (3) year's full time professional experience in translating complex data and program evaluation results into a broader story and message about an organization or program’s overall impacts, and/or leading equity-centered program evaluation or applied research
