- Interested persons should have 8-10 years’ experience assisting with and leading projects with a focus on environmental science, water resources, wetland and stormwater state and federal permitting, or similar disciplines.
- Experience managing and leading environmental science and permitting based projects involving such disciplines as: wetland ecology and permitting, stormwater management and permitting, water resource/quality, wildlife biology, resource management and restoration, coastal resilience, and marine ecology.
- Experience with wetland delineation and permitting (e.g., Section 401 and 404 of the Clean Water Act; Section 10 of the Rivers and Harbors Act), stormwater permitting (e.g., Phase I and II MS4; NPDES), and/or threatened and endangered species surveys.
- Environmental data analysis and interpretation including the use of statistics and an emphasis on data quality.
- Ability to conduct field work in typical Florida climate.
