- Job Profile Summary The Senior Director, Risk Management is responsible for innovation necessary to investigate and identify existing and emerging enterprise risks, evaluate the strategies to mitigate those risks, and develop operational risk management procedures.
- A.R.M. (Associate in Risk Management) or C.P.C.U. (Certified Property and Casualty Underwriter) or Certified Insurance Consultant or Certified Risk Manager and/or Certified Safety Professional designation preferred.
- Experience managing all aspects of a risk management program, including the College’s Enterprise Risk Management program.
- Weekly -10%: In concert with the General Counsel, advises college-wide faculty and staff on matters that relate directly or indirectly to exposure of the individual or the institution to liability.
- Other, As Needed - 2%: Works with the Safety & Emergency Management area to file claims with federal or state agencies, such as FEMA, for disaster recovery.
